FYI - you can open the map file in a text editor (they are located in users/name/appdata/locallow/blacklight interactive/golf...) and either remove the pieces that aren't deleted properly in the editor, or rename them to a piece that isn't buggy and delete them in the editor afterwards. It's a pain in the ass but works. :)
