Rock trimmed!
Bigwhitehound 30 Apr, 2014 @ 5:45pm
Really love this mod. Adds that real feel to Riverwood. One small thing, can you PLEASE trim the rock behind the statue, next to the Guardian Stones. So the stone doesn't over lap the road. Thanks

You should make Erebor
Lionbush  [author] 24 Apr, 2014 @ 1:02pm

Quantum_Baguette 7 Jan, 2014 @ 6:53pm
hey @Jonadictor go to riverwood, then cross the river when you get to a clear area slightly before you enter riverwood{from Helgen} you should find it there.
I don't know if it requires Dawnguard, Dragonborn, or Hearthfire though. I'm unable to find it on my pc version, but can on my big set of Skyrim on my ps3.
hope it helps~! God bless you!

What if one was talos and the other was the original leader of the companions? i know his name but dont know how to spell it haha
Miner 11 Nov, 2013 @ 10:54am
I subscribed to this but there isn't any book or table outside the blacksmith in riverwood and I couldn't find any dead log in the outskirts, so it's pretty much a "no go."
Spinach Salad 10 Nov, 2013 @ 2:49pm
when ever i go between the statues my game crashes
Thord 7 Nov, 2013 @ 3:51am
I was just looking at the Mod in the Creation Kit, avoiding any conflict with the Orc Settlement I am working on) and noticed the Map Marker. Perhaps it should be a little larger or moved a bit, the amount covering land at the moment means pretty much standing on one the foot of one of the statues. Just a thought, I love this Mod!
jeffdabbs2817 6 Nov, 2013 @ 6:51pm
Very nice. I love to climb things! Thumbs up and favorite:)

Hi, it was something I thought too. But then again no boats could actually get down the river anyway due to the numerous waterfalls on the river.
kurtrhinehart 5 Nov, 2013 @ 6:07am
This is a good idea, i installed it and the mod looked great, a great tribute to the LOTR. I have, however, decided to uninstall simply because I feel the statues render the river too narrow to navigate a boat down (this is not important in the game, just my personal preference). Perhaps you could try a simllar statue at the mouth of the river in Windhelm facing the sea, the place is the centre of the Stormcloaks and would certainly have a more rebellious feel if they were maintaining it.
Nonetheless, a very good idea.

I agree with RustedCutlass, i reckon it would be cool to have one statue as talos and one as ysgramor, as they are both very important to the nords
Lionbush  [author] 2 Nov, 2013 @ 2:10pm
My advice is try the mod and see if it conflicts. I don't think it will, but if it does then just remove mine :)
Storm_at_Sea 2 Nov, 2013 @ 1:36pm
does this mod line up with the little island in that river? Seems like it in the picture, but hard to tell, if it does, I can't use it, as I use a mod on that island. :/
Storm_at_Sea 2 Nov, 2013 @ 1:29pm
Really like the idea. Looks good. Have you thought about putting some in a snowy area also? I just think it would look really dramatic with flurries blowing around, at low visibility, by the time you seem them really well- they're huge and making an impact on the player. I admit I'm a bit biased, as I'm usually roaming in the snows of Skyrim :) (I loved LOTR as well!). :diamonddust:
RustedCutlass717 2 Nov, 2013 @ 10:18am
I reallly like it!!!! I think it would be better, though, if one of the statues was Ysgramor.
Hrothgar Fyrninga 2 Nov, 2013 @ 10:00am
nice idea
Lionbush  [author] 2 Nov, 2013 @ 8:16am
Love the image by Arukado. Do you mind if I use it?

Yes there were orcs on the eastern shore at Amon Lhaw. I'm toying with the idea of putting in a Amon Hen & Lhaw before starting my next big project (hopefully lol)
Hrothgar Fyrninga 2 Nov, 2013 @ 4:05am
Hard question: I believe there were orcs there at some rate, on the left side of the statues.
Sauron held the left side in the book.
Thord 2 Nov, 2013 @ 1:06am
Amazing. I was looking for a good spot for my Orc Stronghold so planted the map travel marker to arrive looking straight at the statues. Do you know if Orcs were ever there, way back before Frodo and friends of course?
Lionbush  [author] 2 Nov, 2013 @ 12:53am
Yes dalek, that sounds like a good idea :)

(It wasn't supposed to be overpowered that much, I toned it down lol)

Matt442 1 Nov, 2013 @ 8:26pm
I love it when people add LOTR into this game
Davy Jones 1 Nov, 2013 @ 6:04pm
you should add a very hard to get awsome looking sword (like a sword made out of black fire only found on a extremly hard dragon) and make it completely OVER POWERED like instant kil on every thing
Svanarinn 1 Nov, 2013 @ 3:57pm
My Valar.....That.....is holy....
Arukādo 1 Nov, 2013 @ 11:20am
Now go create Minas Tirith and the Mordor !
Lionbush  [author] 1 Nov, 2013 @ 9:33am
Haha it's ok, the book is under a log at the north end of Riverwood. It just contains a little story about the statues :)
thegreatsunjester 1 Nov, 2013 @ 8:19am
OMG! kinetic1978, I didn't even notice that you authored Morsel as well! Still, I can't seem to find either book. O.o They gotta be there -- the statues are. My prob - not yours.
{C.S.A} Misfit_1995 31 Oct, 2013 @ 11:34am
Could you make a Mod where dragons are flying logical? (Sry for my english :D)
thank you in advance
Lionbush  [author] 31 Oct, 2013 @ 10:43am
Hi, the books are there. One of them is well hidden though! As for the placement, I did this mod before Morsel. Morsel was originally near Windhelm but I changed location at the last minute. So yeah it was just a lucky accident in many ways.
thegreatsunjester 31 Oct, 2013 @ 5:32am
The books are nowhere to be found.... Did you know you placed the boys near Morsel, a Moria-like dungeon mod? How serandipadious is that?
RudyRude 30 Oct, 2013 @ 8:49pm
goes perfectly with lotr mods love it
blairweescot 29 Oct, 2013 @ 4:42pm
very nice. There should be wonders and surprises that just exist without special fanfare, out in the world to find

Lionbush  [author] 27 Oct, 2013 @ 6:45am
Don't think so, this mod only contains the two statues as far as I remember.
squishy 27 Oct, 2013 @ 6:35am
There's a black shield icon that leads to a mine is that your doing as well because it feels a lot like moria
Lionbush  [author] 26 Oct, 2013 @ 11:50pm
South of riverwood, follow the river to lake klinalth.
