-Down Strong uses default sandburt hitboxes.
-Quite a few animations have cutoff parts of previous frames (this is particularly noticeable on down strong, but rogue pixels are all over the sides of animations if you look closely)
-down tilt is slightly misaligned which causes tom to jiggle slightly (it's also kind of almost strictly worse than neutral jab with a significantly smaller hitbox and lower damage. If you change it to a downward angle knockback it could stay pretty much the same while fufilling an edge guarding niche).
