@Jess whichever one you like more. They're cosmetic mods both; choose the one you find more appealing. Neither one is superior, they just have different directions.

@Jess Redux mods have fixed attachemtns, and the apparenace of unmodded weapons is the same as vanilla. This one has attachments with different models depending on quality (basic, advanced, superior) and the guns themselves are slightly different from their vanilla counterparts

@Blackfoot Use WSR and swap its animations for the convential assault rifle's. You'll find all the commands and instructions in WSR's guide.

Is it possible to make this assault rifle use vanilla firing sounds? Some code lines in configs maybe? I just dont know.

Just a heads up, the muzzleflash during the Fan Fire animation is completely off for the pistol, both for this mod and TLP Conv Weapons with Visual Attachments Redux. It originates from the soldier's hand, rather than the barrel. Standard shot seems fine. Not sure if it's a problem on my end, as I'm using WSR to reskin the vanilla pistol with this mod's, but the vanilla TLE pistol doesn't have this issue, even when used as a reskin.

@Takuat Yes, it is possible. Just modify that mod's WSR config file to use these weapons instead of those.

Hey there, I was wondering if this was compatible with your other TLE mods(I'd assume so since this is a separate weapon)? In particular, your mod that combines all 3 together as a replacer and if its possible to use this in place of the dirty original versions of the TLE weapons?

Anyway amazing work, I'd love to cleaned up versions or the other tiers one day!

@[THoA] Predatori4170 This mod doesn't make the original TLP weapons have attachments models, but creates three new tiers of weapons with the TLP CV appearance and attachment support. Check your armory, and you'll find them.

@Veehementia I mean that the Old-World Assault Rifle is still shown up as the default old-world assault rifle look. Like an I said, it could be a problem on my end that it could be another mod overriding it. I do not know which one yet if it is.

@The LDs The conventional tiered weapons will appears. The mag and beam will not, since they're based on vanilla schematics.

This mod will not be updated to support LWOTC.

That said, if you're proficient with WSR or TM, you can either fix it yourself or use it's templates as ghost templates.

Very interesting mod. I have a question: is it worth waiting mods for *clean * TLP magnetic and plasma weapons and a mod for a replacer as [WOTC] TLP Tier Replacer with Visual Upgrades. Sorry for my English.

Ok. I take it new saves only? As the cleaned up variants of plasma and magnetic tier aren't showing up for a save that already has them unlocked.

I have a question, is it possible to increase the number of attachments I can put in this weapons? I use a mod that allows for 3 upgrades to be put at the same time and it ain't working with this mod. Thanks in advance.

Veehementia, do you remember ADVENT Avenger’s note on page 4 about how the sniper rifles originally had an issue that enabled sharpshooters to fire them after moving? Well, I’ve discovered the same problem in TLP conventional weapons with vanilla attachments. And it might affect conventional with visual attachments, magnetic with vanilla/laser, and plasma with visual too.

@sixfour No, you shouldn't mess with those. Then I have no idea why; this guns use the same method to appear as the TLP guns do, so it's guaranteed to work. Perhaps a mod conflict is to blame?

@sixfour Strange. Have you touched the WSR config file? Those lines are there to hide weapons.

@Veehementia Sorry for the confusion, I meant only the XCOM Sniper T1 is available... I'm not seeing the T1 versions of the other weapons like the Assault Rifles. etc.

@sixfour Have you unlocked the MG and/or BM weapons? You get the relative guns once you purchase the upgrades (i.e you will automatically obtain XCOM Sniper T2 once you buy the vanilla MG sniper)

@Redrumm No, this are custom models with custom sockets, simply changing template name would result in a mess. Also, most of the work has been done by Fudgekownsall, I merely coded and published in his stead. But thanks for the praise nonetheless!
