Every mod for this game is in the 784150 folder.
Open the material_e.mtl file up with notepad or notepad++ and change the code below.
**Make sure not to change the material_e.mtl in any other folder or you'll do more damage than good.

If you delete these lines you get vanilla power demand, or tweak them to your liking until you find them balanced enough. My best bet as to what causes high power demand is the last line. Buildings with normal power demand lack this line, and with buildings that have higher but reasonable demand the number is lower. The first two aren’t found at other workshop storage buildings, so I think its safe to just delete them entirely.
