I know that this is very old, but do you know what music you used for the final sequence when the Masons are capping the tower? It's really nice and I'd love to know what it is. Is it custom?

We (20 people) looked for about half hour, and after that I wandered the map locally for about another half hour, and nobody found the Mystery mentioned in the changelog and some of the comments. Either you are the finest trolls in the custom maps realm, or it's really, really well hidden, hehehe. Can you please give at least some hint? :)

Nice map! I like how it's like a two-in-one objective. But the Mason spawn is accessable by going around the building, so be careful of that.

Some people reckon the lighting should be better. Some fires near the door would add some nice lighting dynamics to the map.

Great map, but there need to be more places from which the Masons can flank and launch a sneak attack. Keep the chokepoint, but maybe add in more routes through the forest, and some elevated spots where an archer can get to undetected. Also the long paths to the tower break up the action a little too much. That said, it's a great concept and the atmosphere is very well done.

To add in some more stuff - The terrain around the tower is kinda dull.

The forest is really cool and well done, but often is never used

The choke points really slow down the fight. Usually the defenders can hold the bottom floor.

Inside of the tower it is very dark and hard to maneuver or hold any real fight. The darkness inside casues a lot of issues with the palyers who play on it

Hopefully 2.0 can help address some of the issues!

Can't wait for the new update:

I'll have to remove the server from our rotation until than. Many people aren't fans of the map, lots of running, too dark, are common complanints.

Also, that mystery. Fantastic.

this is such a beautiful map, really enjoyed playing it, it's so eerie and atmospheric! Only fault I can really see is balance, as once the Masons get inside the tower it's pretty much over.

I actually do plan to update the map, despite what I've written in the description (have to update it). First I have version 1.1 to upload as soon as I figure out how to update Workshop files which will adress minor issues, fix possible crash, add progress bars to door and flag, buff door HP and lower respawn times for both Mason and Agatha. Then I plan to release version 2.0 which will include completely overhauled tower with multiple ways inside and to the flag, Mason spawn moved closer and others. When 2.0 will be out? I have no idea, but definately somewhere between now and the End of Time.

An incredible map. I hope you're working on something new to curve that creativity! I am sad that it seems you won't be updating this map, as I feel in a game mode it's not... 'missing' anything, but could certainly use more detail to show off your creative level design.

As it stands from a gameplay perspective, the map is sparse in terms of things to fight over.
It will always seem to be the same spot, where the fights occur.
The respawn timer for defenders is quite long, making it extremely difficult to ever stand a chance to retake the tower once a few masons are inside it.
Other than that, there is nothing at all.

I just want more reasons to explore the other sections of this map, and also play a game on this map that last longer than 3 minutes.

The lighting and detail in this map is the best i've seen in a custom map so far. The contrasting colors give a lot of nice vibrance and interest to the whole thing. I haven't even gone on to layout, but I think it's great! Keep it up and build more maps, please!

Would appreciate some objectives in the middle of the map to fight over and gradually push the mason's spawn back towards the tower, instead of assulting it directly from the start. In this way you have a reason/place to move the agathians' spawn forwards as well, reducing travel time (and allowing shorter defender spawn time), which I've been hearing as a constant complaint (and I agree with it!)

Also, as it is now there's never really any reason to go in the forrest. Its a long, slow flank that a lot of players just go into to derp around, decreasing the number of players actually fighting on the map.

sounds great what about the idea adding 2 different agatha spaens one where it is now and the other on the right side of the tower. so you have the feeling to not over and over walk the same way if u add more pathes

Hey there, I'm very glad you guys like the map and I've decided there will be an update Soon(TM). I plan to move Mason spawn a bit closer, lower Agatha respawn time and completely revamp the tower and change it to be a bit bigger, have two ways inside and more ways up the tower as well as wider staircases.

Loved the easter egg (though I'm not sure of how to active it). I just feel that is hard for Mason to win - those 80 seconds must be consecutive?!
