Hi @brendob47,
I have checked and no roads appear in that position.
In essence, this mod changes a line in the map settings that removes the loading of the road file. But it does not remove manually added roads.
If you are using a mission, maybe that is the problem.

Not really sure about the rest of the map, but the roads at position [31724.1,31560.6,279.461] are still there when I have this loaded. Really looks weird with the buildings and trees over them since we don't have a properly modeled underpass

It is to cancel in the configuration that loads the roads of the map (only the urban center, 1/9 part of the map).
There are people who have reported problems when Arma 3 represents so many roads.
