Is there a way to increase the price of requests without going into a decompiler? If you have a good relationship things are cheaper than if you bought them, stuff should be double the market value at least

Managed to fix it by also grabbing the ItemRequests.dll from the Github and replacing it with the one from the workshop. No clue why it works, but it works?

@Vv You can remove the mod. The caravans will stop coming and then leave the map.

@ToyWalrus I had started this game shortly before 1.2 and i reloaded the save/restarted the game at least 20 times when looking for the mod that was causing issue. Saddly it seems a simple reload does not work, which is a shame because i loved your mod. The only thing i would modify in your mod is a slider or option to set a value multiplier on requests because i find that some rare drops are REALLY not worth the price they have and should cost at least 5-10 times as much XD.

@kari Thanks so much for that debug log -- that helped out immensely! Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the bug may have been due to players loading up a save that was either last played on v1.1 or on an earlier version of this mod. Was that the case for you? If so then a simple save & quit and reload of the save file should fix the issue. At least that's my current hypothesis... That being said, I have updated the mod again so that hopefully players in the future won't be facing this same issue.

@ToyWalrus Hi, after the recent update, this mod broke the traders. I can no longer interact with any trader as long as it is on. The interaction window when right-clicking simply no longuer even appear.

I have introduced over 100 mods. I'm not sure what's competing, but I was ordering 1000 of raw cotton, hemp and devil mash, and Kemomimihouse's animal con and Yuki. Both were items in different mods.

@suparobo83 @BiGV, thanks for your reports. I haven't been able to reproduce said error, could you provide some more information on what else was going on when this bug happened? Or better yet, also provide a debug log of the issue? I realize that this freezes your PC so it may be difficult to find a way to get that debug information, but any additional information will help me figure out what's going wrong here. Thanks!

This is a bug report. The trader who brought in the requested materials will arrive almost infinitely many times, the pawn will overflow and the PC will freeze.

I found a bug: I ordered stuff from a faction. One day later a caravan of said faction arrived. There was no notification that this caravan has the ordered items on it, but they had that special trade menu, so I got my ordered stuff. A few days later another caravan arrived and I got notified that this would be the ordered caravan. But they didn't have that trade menu. Because I couldn't fulfill the trade request with them, they got angry and declared war.

Worth noting is that right now, you can just order the cheapest possible item and after the caravan arrives and you pay for your item, the caravan turns into a normal trader. Which means that you can basically pay a fee of like 3 silver in order to summon a caravan that doesn't cost any goodwill and that you can use on factions that are only neutral and not friendly.

It would be great if this mod had some balancing options. A generic cost multiplier slider, so you can make stuff more expensive or cheaper depending on how expensive you think stuff should be is my biggest request - I honestly think being able to pick exactly what item you want makes it so paying 10x the current cost is fair. And then maybe stuff like minimum price to send a caravan (no one is going to send a 3-day caravan to sell you 3 silver worth of wort).

Also, it would probably be nice if you could make it so that traders could only sell you stuff they could naturally stock, rather than being able to order almost anything in the game, which can get really gross if you're playing with other mods that have powerful items that are normally locked behind hefty research requirements which you can just instantaneously bypass.

A built-in search menu would be pretty cool as well.

It appears that if you open the order interface, and do not ask for anything, it'll get bugged and you'll never be able to order again. So order anything whenever you open it. And if you get bugged, just turn the mod off then on

How can i find my last order in de savefile code? I think it is bugged because it keeps saying ''you cant order more items untill your previous request is satified".

@MrKociak that sometimes happens to me if I click on the caravan and don't click "Pay." The option seems to disappear on the second try.

When you open Request Items and order nothing, then the second time to go back into Request Items does not work. "You can't request more items from XXXX until they've satisfied your previous request. And it stays like that during the game. Completely stuck.

It seems I can't pay for requested items anymore. I only have an option to trade with them. It might be the fault of another mod but it was working fine before. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

seems like the royal tribute collectors from the royalty DLC are bugged
they act like the request caravans but they don't ever have anything

Hello. I believe i had a pretty nasty bug.

So, I request 50 plasteel from nearby faction base. They say okay, they're coming, should be in 1 day. I wait, and at the end of the day, by Randy's hand an event occurs where a normal trader caravan from same faction visits me, before requrested caravan does. I send someone to trade, but they only have my requested items. Weird. A few ingame hours later my requested caravan arrives, but they act as a normal caravan, without my needed items, but seliing normal stuff (that was slave caravan). Whatever I say, however after some time that requested caravan becomes angry because I didn't buy off requested items off them, which they didn't have... Anyway, i have -75 relation with that faction now :P

There is a big problem I noticed with the caravan behavior. Upon entering the map, they ignored the Caravan spot I designated and walked right past my base. I had to go over to them to trade a short distance away, say 40 tiles. Then once I fufil the trade offer they leave at the first opportunity. The leaving thing may seem normal, but they didn't even stop and hang around. They were straight up going to leave the map and not let me complete the offer if I didn't go to them within a few hours.

Then the second caravan arrived. They walked around the edge of the map and I had to chase after them to fufill the offer. They almost walked off the map before I was able to finish it, the whole trade happening 2/3rds of the map away from the trading spot. All with a highly perishable cargo of artificial organs.
