If anyone comes across Grim and wants to have him as a companion then prepare for a long, really long code search. If the options aren't random for all of us then the options are:
1,3,2,1,4,4,1,2,3,1,1,4 and choose last option. Hope it will save you some a couple of loading screens!
Just in case, I rewrote it with another bit of text from the Recruitable Prisoner's mod. See if it works now.
If not, it might require an import.
You could make two saves at the same location, import one of them, and then attempt to recruit Watcher after finding them again, beating the shit out of them, and then throwing them into a cage.
I doubt any kind of conflict would be happening if other characters from the mod are able to be recruited without problem.

You should only need to place her in a cage without a weapon and speak to her.
I've heard of conflictions with the main mod, but nothing with this patch.
If Genesis removed dialogue within Recruitable Prisoners that is associated with the bounties, then no, it will not work.
If Genesis did not touch the dialogue at all, yes, it will work.
I cannot give you a proper answer as to if it will have any problems or not; nobody has told me if there was any, so assume it will work.
I also don't know what mod he is from, sorry.
Actually, Samedi I tried before the last import (when you fixed for Joseph P. Notaskeleton) so I think I'll go give him another shot just to see if that makes it work again. Will report back! (Ended up turning Biggie in to the Sheks, though. Was trying to recruit him in Squin after buying a house and building a cage. Got annoyed, gave up, cha-ching.)
Is there anything in particular that happens when you speak with them while they're imprisoned? Any dialogue that repeats, no dialogue, etc.?
Also, you did take all their weapons off while they were imprisoned, correct?
(I'm just trying to narrow it down.)
I ask because Baron Samedi uses the same dialogue as regular cannibals. Try and beating a cannibal down, imprisoning him, and then recruiting him.
I've changed it and updated the mod.
There's a good chance the Recruitable Prisoners dev removed a dialogue option. Give me a moment to check and fix it, if needed.
I'll have it fixed in the next 10 minutes.

Zander's Hideout and theres a small shek bounty in it, its added by this mod? because i cant recruit him. same with Wendigo's Hut in Bonefields cant recruit Wendigo aswell.
There is no character by the name of "Razor" from the "Bounties Galore!" mod.
It must be from a different mod.
I unsubscribed and then re-subscribed and imported and it worked! I think one of three things happened
1. I wasn't patient enough for the talk prompt to show up after putting him in the cage
2. I installed this mod and didn't Import (fairly sure I
3. for some reason the mod was corrupted?
i think the most likely is 1 or 2 though hahaha. Apologies for the comment, and thanks for responding! Made me keep trying to get it to work.

This is with a bunch of mods installed on top of the required mods for the patch, so it doesn't seem to be anything wrong? I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. Is he unconscious?
I double checked to make sure this mod was below both in the load order and it was.
I also checked to see if recruit prisoners was working and it was all good as well.

Recruit Prisoners did an update recently that changed the dialogue options, so if it does seem like it isn't working at all, let me know so I can update the patch again.
Found the issue: Dev of Recruitable Prisoners removed dialogue and changed others. I'll have it fixed in about 10 minutes. You may need to import, but you could try to see if it works without it once I release the update.
Which bounty in particular isn't working? A quick look over reveals no information of anything that isn't working properly within the FCS.
