Achievements are disabled if you are playing against harmless bots. Set the bot difficultly to easy or higher.

its due to other maps, the configs move on to other maps. I was on another map that only allowed CT's, when i needed to join T's it wouldnt allow. a simple restart fixed it to clear the console commands that were in effect still.

@123 i just tested it on casual and competitive and it worked some idk what you are on about. Just join T at start of game.

Took ya 1 minute to make the map but it took 1 minute to get the achievement good map :)
