Thank god for this mod. This map actually prevents me from playing empire/Vampire Counts because whenever I select them I just think to myself "I'm gonna have to play on THAT map".
It's such a terribly designed map.

The worst thing about this map is not how awful it is, but the fact that its fucking everywhere. Why would there be a statue of Sigmar outside a Dwarf hold?

I can't stand this map. I think CA got so excited about all the pretty things they can put in they forgot you still have to actually play them.

Apparently they have these statues everywhere in the old world that isn't Bretonnia. I'll never suffer through that map again.

I'm glad this mod exists cus this map is probably the worst in all of total war

this addon only remove the statue, it shouldnt block remove the map from map pool!?

this mod is a GODSEND! I am so sick and tired of that map. Played my last campaign as empire, and a new one as the von Carsteins, so I got it pretty much EVERY battle

@romavictor they reduced the size of the statue but nothing else really. it still is overused and very annoying playing as VC or Empire when 90%+ of your non siege battles end up being that map.

the patch notes state this map has been changed. Not sure if it's enough of an improvement but worth a look.

I cannot express how much gratitude i wish to bestow you. Times and times again, i was eager to play a battle up until i saw that it would be on this map. I would auto resolves most of them, choosing to lose a portion of my army and put my campaign at risk just to avoid playing on this map. I even lost interest in playing empire due to this one map. After being so annoyed with this map, I figured I couldn't be the only one... lo and behold.

Yeah, the old version was working for me as well. Can't complain tho. Glorious mod.

Oh this mod was sent by Sigmar. I'm pretty sure the original map was created by the gods of Chaos to frustrate us.

Although this didnt need an update since it was still working for me, updated and changed the map it was pointing at, making it fit more with the empire setting, and this new map shouldnt have the problem with the AI sometimes moving off to a side on the old map.
