You import the file to search and will be able to find coaches and staff with the best attributes according to their role

You may also have the "unrealistic" filters on.

Save your game, go to downloads and hit install. When in-game go to staff search and click manage - import. But its better to download it manually from our website=) There you will get some staff recommendations as well.
