Below, near the engines, in a green room, there are two electric switches. They are responsible for the backup batteries. For cooling - pumps from the engine work, only radiators work from electricity.

They are blocked if the water level reaches the ladder - there is a sensor. On land, they are constantly unlocked, and on water, only when moving does it come out to open them.
