i use this map for more then 3 years and i can say it's good

Just start the Map in casual mode and enter t-side. Choose your settings on the wall to your right and if you´re ready to go then just walk into the light grey texture on the ground and the bots will spawn. Just kill them and play around with all the settings after some rounds :)
