what instructions should be used with this tactic or are they already there when i load the tactic?

@firefox... not sure about the defending? I use this with southampton, first season came 3rd in league, won fa cup, only buying 1 player. Good goals all spread across the team, but i must admit, i conceade a few goals! all along the same root, through balls that seem to leave 1v1 but from about 40yards out, so the striker seems to have a free runthrough, not sure how to counter this, whether to set the defenders as different or try to buy faster defenders, problem is cd the fastest is about 17, and there only 3 of them. However, away form is erratic, and doesnt dominate possession home or away like i thought it would?

I made some changes about team and player instructions.it works well for me. A creative target man attributed player(Drogba,Mitrovic) as Deeplying Forward works great.

still works for me with 14.1.4 not as lethal but still winning

does not really work with the new patch 14.1.4

Ryuzakku, enter the game, go to Download, then Store, find this tactic then press Install, now go to your team tactics, formations, select Archived Tactics and find this one

I'm sorry but this has to be without a doubt the greatest formation on steam... I mean this formation is Insane, not only are you killer going forward the defending is pretty darn tight too. 5 stars!!! if possiple i'd give it a 6

not getting carried away but after the first match with the formation i managed to beat premier league chelsea 3-1 with championship blackburn, but so far looks sweet

this is the best formation ever. i beat spain 3-1 with U.S.A for Gods sake

Works well, keeps the ball in the opponents half, very central. Closes down fast and creates lots of on target chances. Only down side is that there is no width, very narrow formation. If your wingback L or/and R are too weak you will get destroyed by good wingers.
Formation was test with R. Socediad, end up getting 3rd place without any reloads used, quite easily could have been 1st place if it wasn't for stupid draws n losses near then end. Also managed to beat Madrid 3-1 in both legs of the spanish cup. Chuffed :D
