@Herbert it will be eventually. I've got new PC that can actually run WH3 now. :)
I just don't have time to play anything atm because of my job.

Hello! Great mod, thank you for your work! Unfortunately, units are a bit too fast for me, maybe due to small maps, maybe for other reasons,(I mean, I can outmicro a Hellcannon projectile with an eagle), so I want to turn down fly speed a little for myself. Am I allowed to do so (I don't plan to upload this change). If so, are there other stats I should look into?

@ Mortarch of Blood, See "Known Issues" above. At this time, there is no solution for this issue. The best thing to do is to fly the unit some distance away and then have it circle back and hopefully it will land and attack instead of circling.

It is especially prominent when trying to attack lords. The flying units landing animations are not swift enough to keep up with how fast the unit is moving.

Hey dude, I have an issue with flying lords basically not attacking fleeing lords. All they do is circle around it (DE Hellebron for example) not doing anything. Is it due to a mod not being compatible? No idea when it comes to this sort of thing so I'll try my best to explain...

This will likely need an update, but generally just for new flying units. Usually this mod is still compatible with everything after an update. The new flying units such as Coatl and Malagor with have their vanilla speed. The only thing I can suggest is that you try and out and see if it works still with ModManager. I am not a modder, but I have a little experience going into the pack files to mess with things. It's just a matter of giving the Coatl the speed adjustment. It may be a matter of debate if Malagor needs the speed increase, given the fact he is the only infantry-size flying lord in the game. He's already very nimble and can avoid missiles like a champ. I am subbing to this thread until Schmiki appears again.

@Schmiki Hi, just checked with the all in one version, and the issue is still there, I'm not really sure what could be causing it tbh, the only thing i can think of is that you don't have the wood elves DLC as you mentioned earlier which may be causing the mod files to change the new 360 degree firing arcs back the 120 (?) degree firing arcs before the wood elves rework, but then again the rework was part of a free update so i'm perplexed lol.

@Schmiki Hey, sorry for the late reply, I only just remembered to check this page, anyway, Yes I checked and with no mods enabled apart from this one, the issue is present, it's a shame and made me disable the mod while playing the wood elves, but for any other faction, the mod is a really good addition, can't stand how slow dragons are in vanilla lol.

@hardlinerain yes something like that. Dragons do have the highest speed but they are also the biggest and the most heaviest, making their flying speed somewhat the same as other flying units.

When compared to other flying units, some range flying units have a bit lower flying speed for balancing purposes, Since I think it would be a bit awkward if no other unit could catch them on the battlefield. Range flying units also have a higher turn speed when compared to other flying units, so they can maneuver easier and feel less clunky during battles.

I create these mods for personal entertainment and since I don't use radious mod I haven't made that one yet, but I probably will do it in the near future, so stay tuned :) cheers!

Excellent mod ,love the extra speed .tried out a bunch of factions .looks like 320 for dragons.280 for others.i have some copters are like 220 or so..of course I use Radious instead of SFO. juts a preference .xoxo

@LilSkrub Hey first of all thank you for your feedback. All I can say for now is that it isn't intentional. I just checked the files and the 360 degree firing arc is set on, but I don't have the WE dlc so I can't check it in game :(

Have you tried with only this mod enabled?

Hey I think i've found an issue, I just started a sisters of twilight campaign with the mod, and I noticed that Naestra & Arahan, aswell as the hawk riders that they start with, all of a sudden didn't have a 360 degree firing arc, I checked if this was the case without the mod as I may have been miss-remembering, but nope, without the mod they have a 360 degree arc but with the mod enabled they don't, is this intentional or a bug?

I had to uninstall this mod ( I know the flight mechanics weren't originally designed by you, but I need to say that I can't stand how dragons and eagles constantly circle when trying to get them to attack ground based targets.

I will click on a ground target for attack and they just circle over and over, I have no choice but to land them far away and then walk them to the enemy, which sucks. I removed the mod, and now Dragons and Eagles Attack ground targets on demand when clicking attack on them, which is as the game designers intended. The faster more realistic flight of the mod, doesn't make up for the inability to land and devastate ground units as intended.

Hello, first of all i want to thanks you for keeping this mod alive, personally i love it! I want to ask if anyone else is having the issue with the SFO flaying units, because for me it doesnt change the fligth speed for SFO units even with ths SFO realistic fligth compatibility mod. @NightHawke75, This is something that is kind of unavoidable with the AI and their use of the dragons and I've seen it a few times. The best way to address it is to circle back around and to try and get the dragon to land again kind of like a plane. The other thing is to have the dragon stop and to try and land it on something below it. It's a bit of a pain in the ass, but the flying units move better.

@NightHawke75 The mod hasn't yet been updated for the T&T update/DLC that just came out. They're are new and edited flying units so the physics is gonna be jacked up until he is able to update the mod. Hang in there, hopefully soon!

@PolkovnikIvan Hey, yes the mod hasn't been updated yet for the latest "The Twisted & The Twilight" dlc. I don't own the new dlc so unfortunately I can't update it atm.

I hope I will be able to update it next week so pls be patient and stay tuned :)

For the last DLC with wood elves it doesn't work for mounts - forest dragons, they stil have around 90-96 speed. Can you fix this pls? Thank you for this useful mod!! Now I can try my best with flying units.
