I haven't used it for a long time now, and use Fawks's Enhanced NVGs instead, and with the recent update of ACE3 to native support WP colored NVG, I'll probably stop using that Fawks ENVG soon too.

Only people who know the URL can reach this page.
It was set because I ended support for this mod and wanted to hide it.

Now I have set it back to public and should be able to add it.

Thank you for loving this mod.
I'm not familiar with his video settings.
But maybe he's going fullscreen and increasing the brightness or gamma in the video settings.
However, this is not recommended as it may look unnatural during the day or when the NVG is removed.
Or maybe he's adjusting the ACE NVG settings.
I don't know because I basically keep the default.
I'm using the Fawks one now but I still like the tint on my mod, same as you.
It's no longer supported, but you are free to continue using it or modify it (so as not to violate the license), so feel free to use it however you like.

I'm in love with your mod, btw Apricot. I'd use Fawks, I've tried it but its not my taste.. unfortunately (way too saturated and bright). I know you no longer work on this mod.. and I'm sorry for reviving an old ass comment section, but do you know how I can get the same effect as in the video in your mod description? Blurred and darkened all around a circular lense

why it changes back to green when I reload a save? since u said fawks have a better code, please tell the color and brightness and saturation values of the modern warfare whithe phosphor and/or the other colors too so we can replicate your effect

Unfortunately, they doesn't use the laser when isn't in the "COMBAT" (DANGER) behaviour.
So it can be difficult when you want to use it for screenshots.

How do I get the full effect for GPNVGs? Like... What mod to use?
Ace just ignores the CUP GPNVGs, and in the screenshots here you have the panoramic part of it, and not just standard ACE type NVGs. I do not want full screen either... It seems kinda cheaty to do that. Thanks! :cta_emo2:

In the next update, we plan to add more code to determine if a player is equipped with NVG. for solution.
However, since I am in Vietnam now, the update will not come soon. sorry!

One thing I found while using Suppress and NVG Mod if you set "NOD Tube Color (NV Color): to Green Phosper in CBA it wont turn things blue. Atleast it works for me additionally I have the "Use color preset for ACE Nightvision" On.

If you really want to use White Phopser and MW turning NVG on and off again removes the blue tint, but this requires a NVG

I and several others in my unit have also been experiencing the blue screen effect when spawning in. The bug is corrected when you activate and then deactivate your NVGs and then does not usually reappear for the rest of the session. This bug appeared suddenly a couple weeks ago and now happens regularly.
Another bug that happens infrequently is where the NVG setting will revert to Green Phosphor, even though MW is selected in menu. Switching off of MW and then back will fix it.

Try remove nvg circle vignette mod. (in other word, full nvg mod)
or, disable ace nightvision on ace nightvision setting.

i would like to know how to get the vignette of the nvgs as shown in the first picture is achieved while using ace at the same time. i have tried the gpnvg 18's and i cant find any nvgs in general that give this effect and not give the tow circle vignette. im at a loss please help

Hello, not sure if this is a known issue (ctrl+f for 'save' didn't find anything) but this mod works fine until I revert to a previous save, then the game goes back to the vanilla (green) NV effect

This may be because the default behaviour is not built into the add-on's script.
We'll fix it as soon as we come up with a solution. Thank you.

It appears that this in fact only happens when there's anything but the default option selected. Furthermore, changing it after the fact fixes the bug and makes it work just fine afterwards.

It's strange behavior but you might be able to work around it.

Thank you for testing this.

The Supress mod uses post-processing to represent the suppression effect, just like this mod.
This means that they are not compatible.

I may be able to find a workaround in the future, but it's probably not possible to fix it right away.

Went through my mod list to try and figure out what was causing the issue with the whole screen being the NV color when the game is first launched. By itself, this mod works fine. But for some reason when I have the Suppress mod loaded, it causes the whole screen to be the NV color on launch.

Update:
I've tested this a few minutes ago.

This happens only if we are on a nighttime mission and used the NVG just before we die.

On a daytime mission, without NVG, it works and didn't happen.

Sit down and relax - we use the current version v2.05.

We didn't care about this Bug. It's only for around five seconds - we will survive it ;)

I can neither say, if it only happens when the NVG were activated before our death.

Possible it doesn't happen on a daytime mission, if we don't need the NVG? I don't know.

Will try that on today's stream at around 7 pm german time. Daylight Mission - and i'm sure that someone will die ;)

Didn't know about the bug with waiting to respawn.
I would like to identify the cause, but to be honest I have no idea what it is at all.

It may take some time, but we hope you will be patient.
(Also, in some cases, please use the Alpha version.)

Just for info @Apricot:

We HAVE fixed our CBA-Settings on the server side - and it works perfectly.

We only have one small bug, that i saw yesterday:
I anyone dies and is waiting for respawn (countdown for x seconds at the top of the screen), the picture is flickering in white, mw-style and green / yellow in this order.

But on our server we've set the timer to 5 seconds, so it isn't so important.

Just an info, but we don't really care about this.

This is the only bug, i've found - and only while the five seconds to the respawn count down.

We simple give an epileptical warning to our players until the bug is fixed (just a joke, no one cares really about that ;))

Simply Multi Player Mission (like "!alive tgt1" trigger)
DRO (dynamic recon ops) Multi Player Mission

Mods:
ACE and non-ACE
RHS and CUP and USP mods NVGs (of course vanilla too)

Server environment:
Host Server, Client Only, S&C Both.
Dedicated Server, Client Only, S&C Both.
Single Player.

We have tested it in the above environment.

*You need to install it on the client only or on both the server and the client.
It doesn't work on the server alone.
