I played a game with this mod running, but when I got to the store the banana looked like a rough drawing without the background removed, so it had a white grid behind it. I don't know if that design was intentional, or if there's something up with the mod, but either way I'd recommend changing it to something more similar to the game's own art style to help with player immersion.
