just wanted to be sure if it`s ok using these buildings

Hard mode is more about realism than forcing you to have a bunch of workers for everything. You are your own referee so if you feel something is to easy for you dont use it. However everything in this list is supposed to be at least true to the games spirit, or realistic but they may not be both.
Im a little behind on adding new stuff to it though so there is alot of good stuff thats not in the collection yet. Churches arent cheating, and some socialist republics allowed churches to exist.

so all these buildings really match the conditions?
i am a bit confused about this mod (Bagger 288 Bucket wheel excavator) i mean you only need 10 workers for an output of 1000 tons per day and also there are churches in the mod list

At this time, the building collection is not here. Only the rules.

if i check all of this its because im scared to start a game that can take hundred of hour and be wasted by some slowdown or crash coming from a single mod i not able to discriminate from all the others
it already hapend with the vanilla whrn a truck stuck the distribution depot but at least it easilly detectable
in the mod list i read some comment of the maker of the northkorean hostel tower that warn us of the slowdown it can induce when placing
i already noticed some lag when placing big bulding and maybe some other sort of bug can have dramatic effect on a 50 000city

Well I mean, if you have an issue with one, I'll look into it, and if it is not meeting the standards for hmc then I will remove from the list after contacting the original author to see if he will correct the issue. But I cannot guarantee 100% balanced or working mods, sometimes people update them and they get bugged out.

ah ok you never will delete any item of this colection even if it become a gamebreaker
only the item author is responsible for being selectioned in this colection

I am the person keeping up the collection, but it is made up of multiple items by many different modders of the community and I can't guarantee that they won't change their items or have issues that weren't there when originally added to the collection.
So if you have an issue with an item being bugged please contact the original author so they can fix it by clicking on the item in the collection to go to their page.

I'm sure there are a few with some issues, it's hard to go through everything thoroughly. If you note a major issue please inform the original author

some model are reported by their own creator as unoptimised partially bugged and making game lag
merging all of them can be a more serious trouble
mention to the beta mega excavator with no anim and being a building seem not match all the others in term of quality
