Ahh, yes this is a long one, still making scenarios for this route. :)
vivant123 21 Feb @ 10:59pm
I am back again to this scenario for another crack.. especially since now you have linked up Sherman, Wasatch also in this. Went in wrong directions a couple of times... me and directions seem to have some long standing beef... but enjoyed the scenario.. looking to see how you have linked up the different DLCs.. and 50 scenarios and counting.. i m loving it!!!:steamhappy:

Thanks Rob. :)
robmerlo 19 Apr, 2024 @ 10:49pm
enjoyed the shunting up to your usual standar4
RBJets  [author] 13 Jan, 2024 @ 7:13am
I'll run it sometime soon... :)

The list of wagons to be dropped off in instruction #25 did just not exist anywhere in the area.
I checked using F6 and F7.
If instruction 24 was removed I would have had a completed task.

Sometimes when you have a bunch of rail car numbers going on in a scenario, duplicate numbers appear and the system gets confused and will give you and "X". That could be one issue.
RolandBP 5 Jan, 2024 @ 6:35pm
Thanks RBJ I must give it another go, to see where I may have gone wrong, although I did have ticks all the way to task 24.
RBJets  [author] 5 Jan, 2024 @ 6:27pm
I don't know why I made that scenario so long, it could have been 2 parts. When testing shorter scenarios its makes it easier to fix, less time. Thanks Roland, I might run this again some day and fix it or make it 2 parts.

I was enjoying this extensive switching scenario, but had several mishaps.
First was being told to stop at a destination, which appeared to be for the rear wagon to stop at so got a fail. So got that sorted next go.
Then after dropping off the consist in track 30 and running to the other end of it, I found the end wagon was foul of the track. Just too many wagons.
After that and propelling the consist into Track 12 there were too many wagons for me to be able to run around to the other end via track 13, so I had to remove 6 wagons and left them in track 10.
Next got to the east end of track 7 to pick up the consist and got an immediate "X".
Instruction 24 and 25 do not add up, in my reckoning so had to give up.
With all the favourable comments, I fear I have made some sort of a boo boo, :steamfacepalm:

Ahhhh, you are a very useful engine and fire watcher. :) Thanks TW.
TexasWestern 5 Jan, 2022 @ 9:01pm

Hey warren, thanks very much. Yes there is nothing wrong with this route. Enjoy. :)
wadawes 30 Jul, 2021 @ 5:27pm
Very good. I hadn't purchased this route because of all of the negative reviews, but since RB had made this series, I grabbed it in the recent DTG sale. I just don't understand the poor reviews, I think the route is great.
Really enjoyed this scenario and look forward to the rest of the series. Huge thanks RB. Cheers, Warren.

This is no DLC, I always list any needed DLC under the description if there's DLC added.
Joshua12gtr 18 Mar, 2021 @ 8:35am
Can you list all DLC that are required to run this scenario as it is miss leading to new player looking for scenario for other route
RBJets  [author] 5 Oct, 2020 @ 2:30pm
Thanks so much Tom, Some say no but I have seen videos of locos in the middle but I don't think they do it to much.
tompallen 5 Oct, 2020 @ 2:10pm
M-A-G-N-I-F-I-C-E-N-T!!!!!!!!! Without doubt, the longest, most complicated, & therefore most difficult and rewarding switching scenario I've ever experienced. Just out of curiosity, is this head + tail switching done in reality? Many thanks.
RBJets  [author] 30 Jul, 2020 @ 2:10pm
I love sandwiches
Brickrail782 29 Jul, 2020 @ 8:52am
Everything checked out, just not used to seeing a locomotive sandwich, I guess!
RBJets  [author] 28 Jul, 2020 @ 8:40pm
Yes I think that is correct, just double check the task log as you go.
Brickrail782 28 Jul, 2020 @ 7:44pm
I'm currently sitting in Topeka Yard Siding 705, and I'm supposed to go over to Topeka Yard Siding 30 and couple a cut of cars to the front of the engine, but I've still got a cut of cars attached to the back. Am I supposed to be sandwiched between the two cuts, or did I screw up somewhere?
RBJets  [author] 12 May, 2020 @ 6:53pm
Ahh, yes, never worry about the time with my scenarios. Just enjoy the drive. Thanks jaymac, stay safe. :)
jaymac2 12 May, 2020 @ 5:46pm
Another excellent scenario (although it took me 2 hours!). But it filled in time during Covid-19 restrictions.
RBJets  [author] 21 Apr, 2020 @ 5:38pm
