you made the mod, but we are playing with it. if you make a mod only you want to play with, why share it on workshop?

I gave the speed a 60% bonus and decided that it was too strong to speed up the snoak state.
I made mod, so I will decide the performance.
If you have a complaint, don't use mod.
Or you can adjust the performance with FCS by yourself.

Scout Legs are also fast, but you can sneak with them in high speed.
