The elevators and ailerons move slowly and the rudder doesn't work. Along with that, I can't figure out how to gain speed as when I increase collective the engine RPM decreases. Can anyone explain how to get this going?

Not easy to fly for me, but it first aicraft what i can land, wich says a lot! Good job!
