I know this map is intended for multiplayer, but I would like to us it for AI battles. The issue with that is the water is very deep and AI unis easily fall in and can't get out.

Two of the water factories on ether side of the wall are owned by 1 of the players.
I don't know which specific ones, but you might want to check your map a second time.
