Back in the day i would say, (fucking hell that rhymed cheeki breeki confirmed) you dont subscribe to shite, but since its 2017 you do sub to crap now.

It just got the same house and building props. It can be found in the Games/Half Life 2/props_buildings

I got a similar map, like it has buildings and that shit, you can find it by typing in search: Titanfall2 office. Like this map!

thanks. It was real hard work. The most horrible thing that happened was, that I had to rebegin the save, because gmod crashed.
