that's correct...by now it is not working with rt56. But it'll be fixed by the next update!
This is quiet possible because it's running a similar way. I may have to take a further look at the data files but I think that I can figure this out after a while ;)!
In fact I did. The problem is, that deleting all defined fallback names changes the check sum of the game and this causes the problem that it's not compatible for an achievement run. But I'm wondering why Paradox made it that way, cause using custom names has nothing to do with a change of the game balancing at all. It's f...ing annoying!
The fallback names for each nation have been removed, so that a auto switch back to the defined names is not possible anymore, if you select "None" in the division naming options.
I also removed the "replace path command" in the mod data, so that it should be compatible to the achievements in the iron man mode.
I also added a couple of unique names for the german navy.
For any further questions you can contact me via pm ^^!
Merry Christmas @ALL :)
One question! Which nation did you play as?!
I'm very sorry for answering that late, but I was not capable to use my hand anymore, cause I had an accident last week. I promise you to fix that as soon as I can!
Your info is very much appreciated. It helps me understand these weird little "loopholes".
Keep up the great work. Love your other mods.
For me this location was only intersting, to delete the fallback names. Cause sometimes the mod switched back to these ones, so I had and have to delete them for each country. What you refer to is another point, you have to direct into the folder "names". In Vanilla the lines at the bottom have the define, to use fallback names in common. I think there are six or seven text files included into that folder. I just had to delete the bottom lines, where these names where set as custom names and finally I managed to make the game use the name you have chosen, so this means as your templates are named ^^. I hope this will help you out :)!
