Almost a perfect mod except low range drive not working properly

Nice looking late model 1978. My dad had one of the first run (bought in September 1977 when they came out), with the round headlights.
The engine was (originally) a 351W, but he had it bored out to 400, and added dual exhaust, headers, 36" tires (x5 because the spare had to be the same), fog and driving lights (in the grill) roof teardrop driving / marker lights, bush guard, CB with a four foot rigid antenna (mounted on rear bumper opposite spare tire .. or "drivers side").
Does it show that I miss that beast? LOL

love the mod nicely built second favorite as far as looks. very few add-ons sadly and also noticed there is some cover over the back cargo space, would be good for a jack or tool add-ons if possible. great mod, good job!

The gearing on this is weird. It peels out in low gear. And you can get stuck on a muddy incline. Even in low gear.

I drive a 1979 Bronco Ranger XLT with a 12 inch lift. Got to say the similarities in capability are shocking.

Love the truck, its very capable and looks so good!!!!!! the only Issue I have is that you have the year wrong, they did not make square headlights until 1979.

my respect .. the equipment has been tested., it has proven itself perfectly., grotesque archaic and brutal .. cult model of style. later I can write a short review.
