Is the manual in-game tool too deprecated nowadays? If it works I'll do it myself when I get the time.

there is really no easy way to generate nodegraph, other than decompiling the map, adding it via hammer editor and recompile it to get the .ain file

Navmeshes are a good start, but what we really need is a nodegraph. Can you help us out?
