Any info on revive?

Got to the first town with my team - got shot in the head by someone sitting in the church across the town and died instantly (executed, no revive). Wasn't able to respawn, so my team threw themselves at the tank in a form of suicide. Really need to add respawns or a better revive system to these things.

Vehicles in pics are USMC LCU (with AAVP7 in background). Both USMC (blue) and RACS (green) factions have various landing crafts.

CUP vehicles? I checked and it wasn't listed (on the wiki which it uses as an inventory of vehicles included).
Curious as I have only known of Burnes LCAC (discontinued), but if an identically functional vehicle is already in CUP....
