You'd probably need to recompile it with SFM's Hammer. There's no easy way.

You'd have to ask the original authors, Kane and DamDam. I couldn't give you authorization, but to be transparent, they didn't give me permission either.

This map is far too unstable to use anymore since the FLAWED update. Damn skybox keeps giving me missing textures.
