@Mec i discovored that it's on the balcony next to the spectator seats, adn there are interactible things, but they're just not vissible. i had to a/d all over it and press e to even figure out they were there, and i'm Still not sure where all of them are, i found out though that the remove seats command is Somewhere in the middle. long story short: it's Cap

I think that the default lighting needs to be fixed. its so dark in there. That and everything kinda has a red like tint.
