Nope load order should not matter (except for Mixu Unlocker that should be highest as possible, but that should do by itself automatically, generally with total war is rule dont touch load order unless something is broken).

There isnt any need, vfx stuff is unlikely to be broken by patch, but yea I can click it so it says it is updated.

It is submod that contains custom visuals effects of spells for my other mods, because it needs to be in special type of pack it need to be separated.

But by itself it does nothing, it works kinda like library of effects.

yes, unfortunatelly it has to, its whole reason why it is separated from my mods, only movie packs can modify and create vfx effects, but dont worry, everything there has unique names so it will not affect anything from base game
