I've figured out the unlock issue, if you don't have research unlocked for the enrichment items it won't let you build it

I can place it in franchise, but the path from the staff door doesn't want to go anywhere except up...how odd lol

Seems to work in franchise mode no problem. Great habitat! Very creative, nice job

O.K I have ALL mechanic research complete..I have the funds.. but I still can not build it.

For some reason it wont unlock for me. I've been researching habitats.. barriers, and themes.. but still cant build it. what all does this have in it?
