I'm gonna say the wheel placement is all wrong the loco wheels configuration the accurate one is 4-6-2 and the tender accurate configuration is 4 wheels on both sides

The British LNER A4 4490 "Mallard" set the world steam powered speed record at 126.5 MPH.
Without it, british transportation would be much worse.
