I don't think CIMTrans will get them since they have lightbars; however, the next one will!

Ah, these look great! I hope you will update CimTrans vehicles with working yellow lights. :)

There some existing road maintenance vehicles in workshop that already have that feature such as this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1385342558

For road maint vehicles the light flashes while they are doing maintenance, then turns off for the return journey back to depot.
