How do i get this to spawn in my world? Because i have no idea how to use environment mod yet. Possibly you can help or have a good video that helps?

When I place the pier using the environment placement, it spawns and freaks out then promptly blows up. I should point out that I am clipping the stilts through the seabed, am I not supposed to do that? Thanks!
