Henlo, was wondering if its okay for me to do some heavy edits to this mod?
Planned to remake the arena's to match the decriptions found in the codexes, as well as remake the GUILD hub, add animations to the GUILD members, Resprite the weapons/buff them?
Mostly doing this for my own personal server, Will credit you of course. :3

@Lexor of Midgard. Sorry but this mod has been tabled for some time. It was meant to be a testing ground for monsters, bosses, and weapons for Pandura Matrix so I could collect a little feedback on what was good or bad before that mega mod got finished. I originally stopped work for PB Titans sometime after the announcement of Pandura and then Pandura's development ended before the project finished.

I think the mod should still be perfectly playable though, but I have long since left modding. I had planned for Pandura to be my last project and it still is. Thanks for your interest though and I hope you have fun with whats there,

Just curious, but can you somehow switch elements with the Titan (Monado) weapon, or does it always have the electric element?

I did not want to make it into an item as I did not want to make something that could possibly be exploited, it should be at the two stop teleshop teleporter. There was an odd bug that I never could quite identify that sometimes would keep the location from showing up on that teleporter, I can only imagine that some mod was changing that teleporter interface in a way that did not allow for it to properly work with other mods.

I suggest that you use this command to warp to the location independently:

/warp instanceworld:pandorasboxquesthub

from there you can book mark the location of the location from a teleporter I left in that place.

I also have the problem finding the teleporter location. Could you possibly make the location tied to an item you can buy? WW Furnishing has an item that is a recolored teleporter core. When you use it you are teleported to the new area.

I forgot to mention this, there has been a report of the location not appearing on the teleporter it is a bug I have not pin pointed yet (I believe it is a mod conflict.)

Simply go to the Outpost's two stop teleshop teleporter and look for the location "G.U.I.L.D. Ship" the location is there weather you have the quest or not, the monster data and quest are an easy way to tell you where to go and what is what around the place.

I don't know the way to go after creating monster data. Spaceship? Can't warp. Need to rebuild the universe? Do you have to reach the ending?

Nope. The Outpost that was there wasn't formed when I crafted it, meaning I don't think it loaded in the outpost's teleport due to that.

I've got a question about how to get to the ship that is mentioned, since I was able to start the quest by crafting the Monster Data item. When I did it, tells me to go to the outpost 2 stop tele shop and use the teleporter there to get there, but it does not seem to have any mention of the ship. Is there a way to warp there through commands?

@Thermal Lance, this mod does not require Pandora's Box to be used. The story behind the mod and name is that these monsters were a planned feature for the mod that never got implemented before the mod was discontinued. This mod serves as a "showcase" for those unused monsters.

And yes it is compatible with Frackin' Universe.

@Damien Nightmares. All of the monsters are tested in single player actually, with the right strategy and the right selection of weapons you can easily defeat any monster. (Hard part of making this mod is making sure weapons are not redundant.)

i have no friends that have this game.... IMA KILL EVERYTHING and pull a mid maxing dark souls techniue of Strength equels 99 and everything else is 1.

@Damien Nightmares this mod is highly inspired by Monster Hunter (particularly Generations.) The super sized versions of monsters themselves being called "Deviants" is a direct reference to Monster Hunter. There is also the fact that you buy permits before hunting them, the special weapons to craft with materials from them, and not to mention the G.U.I.L.D. organization that studies and subdues the monsters.

Some of the monsters themselves are inspired by Monster Hunter as well. The Deadeye Yokat shares its name with the Deadeye Yian Garuga. And the Empress Tintic's appearance is heavily influenced by the Ahtal-Ka.

If I had told you that this was not one big Monster Hunter reference, it would be pretty easy to point out that I was absolutely lying. (On a side note; much like Monster Hunter this too is geared towards multiplayer fun so try and get a team together to grind for those fancy weapons and armor.)

Maybe for the health boost, do what Terraia Expert Mode does, the more players within the team, the stronger the boss gets, or maybe have this meter at the beginning of the arena that increases the boss strength the more you make the meter go up (either being allowed to slide it towards the settings or pay with something)

Version 1.3 is live! Prepare to do battle with three brand new monsters. Additionally there are six new weapons and one new armor set.

For those of you who have played the mod before the 1.3 update; the update has added some lockers on the quest ship for you to stash the item you collect into. You do not need to worry about these items disappearing like they would on the Outpost. To update the ship though you will have to go into the "universe" folder (it is inside the "storage" folder) and find the file marked unique-pandorasboxquesthub.world, delete that file and revisit the quest ship via the 2stop Teleshop teleporter.

If you have any issues while doing this make sure to take it up in the "bugs" section.

@noahrayevans To answer both your suggestion and your question.

First, I was pondering making a side mod that boosts their health to a higher level so that they would last longer against a group of players. (Or maybe make a raid version of them with higher risk plus reward, I have yet to decide.)

Second. The monsters do not drop weapons or armor, they instead drop crafting materials specific to themselves. Those crafting materials can be taken and used in making weapons and armor. In short there are weapons and armors to be gained for beating them, but you get to decide what kind of weapon you will get when you craft it.

(On a side note; while the mod does have armors the ones that you can craft are purely cosmetic.)

And lastly, please do not post multiple times. make use of the post editing if you want to add anything more to your original question or statement.

The bosses do not spawn in the overworld.

To elaborate, I chose not to make them spawn for a great many reasons that mostly have to do with tier systems, balancing weapons, easy grinding, or a monster conquering your fort.

The bosses are all battled in arena settings at a tier six power level. (If you direct your attention the the image of the Glitch ship above you will see that it is actually a hub for challenging these monsters.)

As for multiplayer; this mod is not client sided. To play it on a server all players will need to have it installed.

To be honest though, I intended this mod to be a more of a multiplayer experience. I wished for groups of players to form teams and take down monsters, collect the materials from them craft the weapons, and put together awesome strategies to really take down these enemies.

Once I am able to achieve that then I will be truly fulfilled by my work here.

@Solzucht pictures are a "work in progress" honestly I am uncertain what to show without spoiling the monsters. (I suppose I could show off two or three of them, since there will be plenty more to be a surprise.)

As for the dependancy the mod may share the name use words like "add-on" and "expansion" but it is functional on its own. The reason though is because these monsters were a planned feature of Pandora's Box but never got their moment to shine because of certain time constrains. This mod is a chance to let these monsters shine while you wait for the successor mod.

Add pictures please, and before people bug u about it, set a dependancy to pandoras box (if it is so), because otherwise some people might wonder why they get bugs :D
