Also they will shoot from 1950m if there weapons can do that, and maneuver always pointing toward the player! (as human would do most of the time)
To activate this AI++ on custom NPC you need to set behavior 2 lines, under the speed value.
Keen NPC will use the DefaultDirect anyway.

shoot with static weapons, use long range AI target weapons, and activate RAMMING if nothing else left! :)
