Have you considered making a version of this that, like Etemenanki has a primary effect on the building city and a secondary effect for the whole empire?

the Golden Gate Bridge has *150 and *160=3800 production.

It does provide the benefit empire wide for me, which means you've probably got a mod conflict somewhere that's preventing you from getting the empire wide benefit from the Mausoleum.

Odds are it's another mod that you don't even realise that's causing the conflict, so my suggestion is that you use the search function to search for Mausoleum of Halicarnassus in the Steam mod's folder to find all references to it in mods.

From there narrow down which mod is causing the conflict with this mod's code, and then either disable the other mod to stop the conflict from continuing, or comment out the lines of code in the other mod that references the Mausoleum to hopefully stop the conflict from continuing.

Thank you for the responses. Hope it works for you. This mod was made before the Frontier Pass and I do not play the game or mod it anymore so I can't update it :)

FYI I did some testing and you can add Entemenaki's floodplain bonus to the empire-wide list by adding this line to the SQL file:


UPDATE Modifiers SET ModifierType='MODIFIER_PLAYER_ADJUST_PLOT_YIELD' WHERE ModifierType='MODIFIER_CITY_PLOT_YIELDS_ADJUST_PLOT_YIELD' AND ModifierId LIKE 'ETEMENANKI%';

Worked for me.

The only thing missing is the Entemenaki giving ALL floodplains +1 science and production, rather than just the wonder-holding city.

Other than that, it's an awesome-AF mod! :D

@cobber51: Oh,the culture bonus is removed by Wondrous Wonders.My mistake.But still no text changed with Wondrous Wonders,don't know if its working.

@cobber51: I tried this mod and found that texts of Wonders are unchanged.I think its not working due to the new patches,since some of Wonders' effects were different.Unfortunately,e.g.Broadway are providing bonus merchant points now. Thanx anyway.

Last time I played in mid-April I had both this and Wondrous Wonders working together perfectly fine; with no compatibility problems as far as I can recall. In saying that, compatibility between the 2 mods may have been impacted by the NFP patches and content since I last played in April though, so if these mods have been impacted by those patches/content additions I cannot say what might now conflict ...

I tried removing and adding again, still didnt work. I have a lot of mods though, so I guess it is conflicting with some other mod. Do you know if there are other mods you know cause this problem?

Did you install any new mod? I am not aware of any game update, it can't just stop working on its own. Try unsubscribe then resubscribe this mod and see if it helps.

Also, loving having to not have to manually adjust Petra and other similar wonders to grant their effect empire wide like I had to previously before GS was released, as wading through the vanilla file/s to do it that way was tedious, time consuming and risky (though I always had them backed up first before I started altering them in case I broke something); your mod is much more elegant that adjusting the base game files to grant the abilities of those wonders to all cities.

I'd like to implement for my own game an empire wide effect for both the Venetian Arsenal and Terracotta Army wonders. In the base game I believe only the Venetian Arsenal granted a bonus unit but both wonders are modified by the Wonderous Wonders mod to grant an extra unit upon its construction (or purchase) in the city in which the wonder was built. I'd like for my own personal use to extend that to all cities in my empire, not just the city that built the wonder.

I've tried to change the code (in Wonderous Wonders) to grant this, rather than trying to add them to your code, but nothing I've tried has worked, even after looking at your code for an idea of how you did it in this mod's files. Any assistance on getting this idea to work would be greatly appreciated, please and thank you.

Also, it seems you have bought the game recently? Make sure you are creating game with R&F and Gathering Storm ruleset (there is a small box to select game ruleset on the top when you create a new game).

How do i check the log
Gime a bit let me backup my current mods took me a full day too get a challenging yet fun build. Barbarians everywhere death in the first 5 turns if you make 1 mistake

I believe it was Wonder Nationwide Redux (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1633797803&searchtext=wonders+nation+wide) , as I disabled that one and tried a new game and didn't have the same thin happen. Both mods are aimed at doing the same thing, so maybe somehow they interacted and multiplied?

LOL that's funny bug. I am not sure how it would be possible, since my mod only changes the condition for the bonus application, not any number. Let me know if you find out which mod is conflicting, I may find out why.

FYI, I think this bugged out with another mod, not sure which one but I was suddenly getting outrageous yields, like +30 food/gold/production on desert tiles after I built the Petra. I have no idea how this interaction happened.
