If anyone's interested in a low cycle solution, check out this masterpiece made by a couple of people a while ago: 350/40/47 [i.imgur.com]

Also I had another look at my old solution, and it turns out there was still plenty of room for optimization: 170/74/31 [i.imgur.com]

oh wow I have no idea how I missed that haha, nice catch.

Here, I shuffled it around a bit so instead of saving three cycles, it saves two cycles and three area: 175/82/36 [imgur.com]
