Man if this was added in-game it will without a doubt go on my main loadout. It would have been perfect if there was a little bandolier on his lower side, but either was it's a really nice cosmetic. Not too flashy, great model and fits the character.

YES! I would love to see this cosmetic in-game. It suits Heavy nicely and very simply by adding MOAR BOOLETS to his arsenal! That and it could potentially become a very good combo cosmetic!

Perhaps someday there could be a version of this but instead of bullets, it's needles or C.Crossbow bolts (call it the 'Medical Combat License')
