Thats an issue I'm currently investigating. You should know one thing: Modders can tell the AI which targets to prioritise. In this case, the AI likes shooting tanks with the main gun and infantry with the coax. However, it somehow ended up not firing at all.

Doesn't seem to be able to shoot anyone when an AI is using it. The cannons all just look at the sky

the reticle is quite weird when you ADS, it's too narrow for a proper scope. Otherwise it's a great mod
