Love the mod, only problem is it has completely replaced advent troops, making armor upgrades for the whole squad near impossible. I'd understand if its 50/50 advent and cerberus troops, but it seems more like 100% cerberus troops

when i started a new campaign with this mod the cerberus troopers i noticed that they apeared as humans and had no weapons is this a known issue?

Is there a way, for this and all your other mods.
To stop these from appearing as Advent troops?
It's really getting silly to see cerberus on advent's side, and then also cerberus from their sitrep faction, who then start shooting at eachother, ditto collectors.
Note: I do not have the advent troop replacer mod.

Same problem as Blaze reported 22th Sep, with Unrestricted Customization Mod on, shoulder options goes as he said. Names changed to right part. With exception of Cat Sniper Pauldrons, those work correctly. Maybe this exception might help to find what is bugging the others?

Hi, I wonder if you can help - I have installed only the basic unit mods and the raider faction mod (my understanding is that this is intended to result in the units only appearing as raider units, not as standard advent units) however I still see Cerberus units combined with ADVENT/Alien troops. The same is true of Collectors and Cat6 - they seem to replace the ADVENT soldiers of each pod!
Any help appreciated!

Ok, if you use this mod by itself, they will fight alongside advent. If you use the raider faction mod, they will fight as their own entity.

So there's a few different mods related to this enemy:

Cerberus Trooper - Base Unit
Cerberus Trooper - Advent Replacer
Cerberus Forces - Sitrep
Cerberus Raider Faction - Sitrep

The second mod "Advent Replacer" will replace the Advent Trooper with the Cerberus Trooper. If you don't want that, don't install that mod. Otherwise, use the base unit mod (this page), and the sitreps if you want.

Correct - actually, that goes for *all* the shoulder options from this series of mods, I think. Also, when I went to change the armor color, it actually scrambled *all* of the soldier's armor pieces to the legacy armor pieces. It was weird, honestly.

Hm, I'll keep an eye out - it's when a soldier is wearing that particular enemy's armor the shoulders don't appear correctly?

So, I'm playing with Unlimited Customization active. I noticed that the appearances of several enemies from this mod series are available, but one thing struck me as odd when I decided to roll with that; the shoulders don't seem to work. The Left shoulder has options that appear to be labelled as Right Shoulder, and don't display, while the right shoulder section just doesn't have any options from these mods. Enemies aren't affected.

I had to reupload the mod with a new project ID a few weeks ago. You can disregard the error as everything will function appropriately.

That explains a lot! I was having the same happening to me with Cerberus and Collector troops being on the aliens side (In fact I thought it might have been a conflict with the Advent to Empire mod which also had a major update recently) I'm glad I saw this comment thread :)

Hey, glad to hear, thank you. I would like to improve the code further for these units both in terms of customization and clean code. That would be the first step to make these fully template-able without dev tools. Unfortunately, is just a matter of time to work on it. I like the idea

Hey, this was actually a new customization feature added to the raider factions themselves. Previously, having that mod active would remove those units automatically from spawning in normal circumstances. I added a config value that users can pick “yes” or “no” for the removal to happen. Hope this makes sense!

@NightNinja54: I really love the code you've created for the customization/configurability. Would you mind releasing a "make your own game" kind of generic "template" mod, which could be used to dress up our own enemies without the need to have the mod tools installed?

I love how it can be used for both enemies and weapon creation

Something about the update from version 1 to 2 broke something here. I've got the Raider Factions mods installed, so that Cerberus, the Collectors, and CAT6 troops are on their own faction.

Now previously this meant I rarely got Cerberus troops and had mostly Advent, and they were rare but a treat when they did show up. After the update, however, Cerberus, Collectors and CAT6 troops are deploying alongside Advent. Which adds some hilarity when there's also the Collector sitrep and Collectors fight Collectors.

Didn't have this problem until the previous mod version broke.

Yes, you may have to use the mod that ignores missing mods on save games to remedy. I had to make an adjustment to the mod to have it to continue to work and this was the side effect - apologies.

I'm having a similar problem as the people below; got the new mod manager, tried continuing and my save-game says "CerberusTrooper" not found.

I unsubscribed / resubscribed, adjusted settings on the new Mod Manager, went back to the old Mod Manager, etc. etc. and I keep getting the message.

made all(cerberus, collectors, cat6 and reaper) + sitreps lwotc compatible, if u want it add in ur inis(additional or replace, i think it should work for both, vanilla and lwotc, mocx uses the lwotc way and it still works for vanilla)), i can send u the text, but i made it so, that they have only the followers of their folks, and little stat buff

after your last update the save game loading says cerberus trooper is missing while in the mod manager its activated. looks like the mod ID changed after the last update ?

Is it possible to disable the voice pack of Cerberus units for other units? because my soldiers and also arndom other neutral units are using this robotic voice from you rmod. Thank you
