I really like using this character I always felt that all of the exile options looked a little too young to have fought in a war 10 years ago. Is it possible for you to make an old woman option? I really like the idea of having an antithesis to Kreia.

No, sorry. You can copy-replace some files in the mod's workshop folder.

Go to this mod's files, something like:
[drive]:\[steamfolder]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\1927802017\override

Delete PMHC07d1.tga, PMHC07d2.tga, po_PMHC07d1.tga & po_PMHC07d2.tga.
Make 2 copies of PMHC07.tga, name them PMHC07d1.tga & PMHC07d2.tga.
Make 2 copies of po_PMHC07.tga, name them po_PMHC07d1.tga & po_PMHC07d2.tga. You'll lose the changing background in the portraits, but hopefully that's not a big deal.
