to everyone with the missing texture problems, hl2 decals, or the glitch that makes a giant square with hl2 blood decals , i found a guide that fixes it. i did it and now my addon is fixed

For some reason everytime i quit the game and return to garrys mod the blood decals go back to the normal half life 2 blood so i uninstalled the mod re-installed it and it worked once i was done with it i quit again return hours later and the blood was the half life 2 decals again how do i fix this?
