It looks like the dev stopped uploading to Steam and switched to a scammy website with ads that are impossible to bypass to download the mods. Guess I won't be using this anymore

Of course this mod is abandoned, and I recommend you to give up any hopes for update. Author of this mod went away from this mod for while, don't expect any of updates. Use Cip's Real Traffic Density and Ratios.
