yes there is a setting,but the max size is 25 mb in the server,the owner set it like that,i play on swamp cinema,is the most played cinema server on Garrys Mod,So if you are ok i will re upload your skins giiving you the credits and all links to the original skin(this post)

just checked outfitter. There's a setting that allows you to change maximum download size.

Because i cant use it on a server,i play on a server that use outfitter,its an addon that allows you to use any playermodel from the workshop and everyone can see it

There's an animation issue when she is spawned without weapons, this does on every friendly model.
