@Tegetthoff that is exactly what I meant: We do not have to carry ID cards with us all the time, so we do not have compulsory ID cards ;-) I just mentioned it, because the ID cards policy is already in place in this mod

we don't have compulsory ID cards but it is compulsory to own some sort of ID (driving licence, passport, or ID card); however, it's not obligatory to carry this document with you all the time.

Countrys who can afford it actually have to pay the EU, one of them is Austria. But i would say it should increase foreign relations and make patriots unhappy.

I like Austria.

EU grants policy does not make sense as it is currently applied. It costs money, but hurts foreign relations and makes patriots like you. I think it is meant to be a policy where you recieve money from the EU, but then it should give you money not cost you money. If it is meant to be you granting money to the EU, it should help foreign relations, not hurt them.
