Found the way to fix it. Go to left 4 dead 2/left4dead2_dlc2/sound/music/unalive. It contains the ending credtis theme for the L4D1 campaigns.

its in campaing, because you can heare the sound after you win a ccampaing, also im not the only one who does this

no, but i will have a look at it. normaly it should work, but it has problems on l4d campains. try it on a l4d2 again, it should work than
