Download and Install Left 4 Dead Authoring Tools, then navigate to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\bin you'll find "VPK.exe" there

Drag "1935101144.vpk" on "VPK.exe" to extract vpk file to folder name "1935101144"

It's only one file in that folder named "closecaption_english" you can edit as you wish

After edited, drag folder on "VPK.exe" to make new vpk file and put that new vpk file in ...\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

you need to extract the file, delete all the line for other name and convert it to .vpk again ^^
