It's been since it's release that I use this mod and it's an absolute blessing, incredible work on the main mod from the OG creators and yourself for her changes for this mod.
I really love the design of the original Duchess, but I disliked the monster/transformation part of her gameplay, this mod changed the base mod to make her even better and funnier to play in my opinion, thank you for that. ♥
I hope this mod will also eventually get addons like no helmet and stuff like that that's been recently released and of course that she'll keep getting a bunch of updates, this mods deserves it !

It does work without DLC however, without the CC DLC, the camp skill that creates The Blood Item is bugged and turns into the string of code it should be and a small icon that is hard to remove. She otherwise works just fine.

It wasn't tested without DLC. It uses elements of the DLC, so any usage without them is at your own risk.

Does this work without dlc? Ik it says at the top 'requires dlc' but I somehow managed to go in and play a quest using this mod without any problem Im just hoping my game save files don't become corrupted

I believe this is only the case in the human duchess version, and not the base version.

Hey. Her damage is not incredibly high. In fact, it is balanced around vanilla heroes - Crusader and Leper. She is set between them in terms of both damage and accuracy. The only way she starts to outperform them if you apply consistent bleeding to the opposition, which case you're dedicating other heroes to supporting her, which makes her increased performance justified. Same way Leper becomes insanely strong if you dedicate heroes to buffing his accuracy, etc.

You can look through mod files for values and reduce them, it's been years since I touched DD modding so I don't quite remember.

I love it! My one gripe so far is that I can't bring her with me to the Black reliquary like I can the Beast Duchess mod, but other than that, this is amazing

It targets two units at once, so if you get her +stun chance and can get people stunned consistently, it's a good value. It also debuffs, and moving back can enable or castigate (which does bonus dmg vs stun) and crimson lance.

I just still dont get Quell The Rabble skill, low damage, very low stunning chance and moves her back....i dnt see the point on using this move, 75-80% of the time it doesnt stun lol

She has no transformed image in this mod. This sounds like a conflict with her original version.

Hey im having a issue where during dungeons her walking animation is fine, but as soon as I get into battle it turns into a still image of her transformed image. Any Idea how to fix this?

OMG I just like got to 95th week and finally got the week event where it finally gave me a lvl 0 duchess, if I turn that off and find a higher level duchess in the carriage Imma fucking shit.

Leon-Fen maybe you haven't unchecked the deck roster option (which makes the carriage bring similar characters to them ones you currently have).
I always disable that option when I put over 5 new class mods

If you're familiar with how code in DD works, you can try tinkering with the odds in the appropriate files. I'm not exactly sure, I haven't coded in years. I also think there was a mod that makes an appearance of new chars to be 100%.
